Cover of the Book "The World's List of Best and Worst" which is driving
people nuts!
The best
and worst ideas, events, people, news and personalities of our time.
Thousands of names and hundreds of lists from the around the world. The book
is filled with captivating stories, unbelievable hilarious facts, and
personal secrets of top names in politics, entertainment and world affairs.
The author in a bursting simplicity explains the characteristic features and
personality of Americans and people in 135 countries, and provides a huge
roster of the greatest people of our time. If you are a list fanatic, this
book is for you to grab. The author is in a privileged position to write the
book and compile all those lists. Maximillien de Lafayette has traveled
through forty-six countries. He is fluent in seven languages, and the author
of numerous books. The lists are not totally compiled by him. They are the
results and collection of global opinions, serious research, statistics,
polls, and surveys, by socialites, famous and infamous figures, world media
and various journalists, as well as the general public. The commentaries are
all by the author, and are fascinating, intelligent, and humoristic. The
book has just about every list you can look for. It covers entertainment,
rabbis, tele-evangelists, madams, politics, war, art, food, restaurants,
shows, literature, unhappy wives, screwed up famous husbands, best and worst
ideas, mistakes, customs, and funny events, all mixed up with Nobel Prize
winners and the most hated and loved people in history.
The book
contains zillion of lists such as: 1-List of the world’s 100 biggest hoaxes
and practical jokes. 2- List of the 300 most influential African-Americans,
Hispanic Americans, Italian Americans. 3- List of the dumbest celebrities,
stars, politicians and leaders quotes. 4- List of the dream-girls. 5-
List of the
world’s best and worst places to be a mother. 6-
List of the best little pick-up joints in the world. 7-
List of 1,000 stuff, names, events, bizarre facts only very intelligent
people would know. 8-
List of the best and worst destinations for women worldwide. 9-
List of the most bizarre laws in the United States. 10- List of the 100
people who are screwing up America. 11- List of the 50 biggest celeb
scandals since 1982. 12-Politicians’ most sexually scandalous emails. 13-
List of the 100 people who matter.
YOU
HAVE TO PAY THEM THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS TO COME TO YOUR PARTY!
Photo: Cover of Volume II of "The Ultimate
Book of World List."
This book
has it all; all the lists you need. From the world’s top 100 people, most
influential persons in the United States, the most beautiful women in
America, to the best and worst books, politicians, celebrities, music,
novels, leaders, fashion and those who are screwing up America today. What
caught my eyes are two sections; first, a survey on what Americans and
people from around the world love and hate most; second, the list of
celebrities, journalists and stars booking fees and how much you have to pay
each one of them to come to your party or to speak in your event! Oh yes,
they charge for that. In this book, you will know how much!! The author,
Maximillien de Lafayette who wrote over 100 books, and visited so many
countries gathered a fleet of researchers to conduct a survey worldwide on
the most important, funniest and silliest things in our life. Almost one
million people were interviewed. It is so interesting to learn about the
similarities and differences that exist between people around the globe. The
survey is shocking! It covers so many angles ranging from people who love or
hate “talking during intercourse” to “the greatest minds and inventions of
our time.”
ONE
BOOK BECAME THREE BOOKS!
First, it
was one volume of 740 pages: THE WORLD LIST OF BEST AND WORST. The
book is doing great. Then, the editors began to compile more and more lists
sent by fanatic readers and unhappy lists’ buffs. People are going crazy
about the book, and readers are grabbing copies right and left. So, the
publishers decided to expand the book, and print 2 new volumes with revised
and added lists. So now we have the first print which is still the “master
file” and two new tomes: THE ULTIMATE BOOK OF LISTS containing 1,780
pages, and the fun continues. It you are a lists’ reader, you found your
destination. These three volumes or any of them will take your breath away
and throw you off your chair. It is so fun and so informative. So much stuff
to find and to learn from in this crazy and wonderful set. It is like a huge
encyclopedia but fun and hilarious. Don’t think for a second it is plain
gossip. On the contrary, it has lots of depth, intelligent insight and
wealth of information. The author has a great sense of humor. Yep! That’s
the book of the year, period! Published and sold by Amazon and Times Square
Press.

Special Turkey of the Year: Bruce Gaitsch
Bruce Gaitsch released a new CD "Sincerely".
Don't waste a penny on this ridiculous and most boring so-called album. It
is funny and incomprehensible how third rate guitar players like Gaitsch
manage to stay in business. This guy is the perfect living example of
mediocre musicians who produce nuisance with the blessing of studios
operated by people who lack taste and knowledge of real music. Rating: Just
below zero. Don't expect much from a person who knows little about refined
music, class and civility. I am talking about Bruce Gaitsch.

By Itamar Marcus and Barbara
Crook. The cartoon
in today's Al Quds depicts a Palestinian and an Iraqi being
crucified on the same cross. This expresses a common Palestinian
motif, found in both text and cartoons, that depicts Palestinians as
Jesus, and Jesus as a Palestinian. [See below for more cartoons of

Palestinian historical revisionism:
Historical revision is a backbone of Palestinian political and
academic behavior, as the leaders attempt to create a separate
"Palestinian Arab" history and identity for themselves, distinct
from the general Arab and Islamic history. "Palestinian" Arabs are a
very recent creation, and did not exist before the advent of PLO
terror in 1965. Note, for example, that under UN resolution 194 in
1948, refugees were not called "Palestinian Refugees," relating to a
national identity, but were called "Palestine Refugees," referring
to geography - from where they came.

Channel 2 News:
Pollard Won't Let Rafi Eitan Sleep.
Israel's Channel 2 Television News reported tonight that supporters
of Jonathan Pollard won't let Pensioner Party head Rafi Eitan sleep.
Anchorwoman, Yonit Levy, reported that for the second time this
month scores of Pollard supporters gathered outside of Eitan's home
at bedtime with whistles and noisemakers and shouted slogans and
chants to keep Eitan, (Pollard's former handler), from sleep. The
demonstrators held posters of Pollard aloft as they shouted, "Rafi,
how can you sleep when you betrayed and abandoned Pollard?" and "Rafi,
if your lack of conscience lets you sleep, we won't!" The news
report referenced Jonathan Pollard's lawsuit which seeks to
establish that Rafi Eitan is morally unfit to be a government
minister. Pollard's petition is still before the courts. Eitan, it
was reported, responded to tonight's events saying that he did not
abandon Pollard. According to the Channel 2 report, Eitan and his
neighbors on the usually quiet Tel Aviv Street summoned the police,
who arrived with the GSS to disperse the crowd of demonstrators.
Protestors vowed to return and continue the protests until Eitan
resigns. A film clip showed the Pollard protestors whistling,
shouting and chanting: "Rafi Eitan! Teet-pat-tair! Pollard shaveh
yotair!" [Rafi Eitan, resign! Pollard is worth more (than you!)].

not choice but to act. The program anchor asked Beilin if by
"complete cease fire" this means that if Israel observes a Qassam
launching team on the way to launching rockets towards Israel that
Israel should do nothing. "Only an idiot would not shoot to stop
them from launching", Beilin replied. Beilin suggested, however,
that some of the Israeli attacks were not against launching

IDF aerial attack against terror cell armed
with an anti tank missile. This morning, the IDF
carried out an aerial attack in the northern Gaza Strip against a
terrorist cell armed with an anti-tank missile, and confirmed
striking the cell. The cell was identified near the northern section
of the security fence between Israel and the Gaza Strip. The IDF
will continue to act against terrorist targets in the Gaza Strip, in
order to secure the safe return of Cpl. Gilad Shalit, and to bring a
stop to terrorist acts and rocket fire aimed at Israeli civilians.
ISRAEL'S MILITARY
DEMANDS DECISION ON GAZA
TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel's
military, encountering fresh Hamas threats, has urged the government
not to maintain a limited ground troop presence in the Gaza Strip.
Officials said Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Dan Halutz has demanded that
Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Defense Minister Amir Peretz either
expand the current military operation in the Gaza Strip or order a
withdrawal. Halutz, officials said, has argued that a static force
in the Gaza Strip would result in Israeli casualties. "We can't
remain in a stationary position for much longer," a military source
said. "We're either inside and fighting or outside the Gaza Strip."
Today, several elite battalion units, backed by 50 main battle
tanks, armored personnel carriers and bulldozers, penetrated the
northern Gaza Strip as part of Operation Summer Rain. The incursion
took place three days after Olmert and Peretz blocked an attack on
Bet Hanoun, a town in the northern Gaza Strip regarded as the launch
pad for Palestinian missile strikes against Israel.
Sealing of "Daawa'" facilities connected
with the Hamas terror organization. Hamas is a terror
organization which regularly plans and carries out attacks against
Israel, including attacks in the past few weeks. Last night, July
3rd 2006, IDF forces and Civil Administration representatives
carried out an operation in the regions of Nablus, Tulkarm,
Bethlehem and Hebron, confiscating documents and digital media
belonging to the Hamas "Daawa" organizations. In addition, forces
sealed several offices belonging to "Daawa" organizations. Under the
guise of a charity association, the "Daawa'" organizations function
as system for the flow of terror funds. The "Daawa'" organizations
were declared illegal following the financial support they provided
for families of suicide bombers and imprisoned terrorists. This
financial and social support provides an incentive for terrorists to
carry out attacks and stems an increase of public support of these
terror organizations.
Suicide Bombing against IDF forces in the
Gaza Strip thwarted. Three armed Palestinians attempted
to attack IDF forces located in the southern Gaza Strip near the
airport in Dahaniya, earlier tonight. The forces identified the
three gunmen approaching and fired at them, as a result of which the
three were killed. Upon closer inspection of the bodies, two of the
gunmen were found to be wearing explosive belts. The IDF will
continue to act with determination and to employ all means at its
disposal against Palestinian terror infrastructure in the Gaza Strip
to allow the unconditional return of Cpl. Gilad Shalit and to stop
terror attacks and the launching of rockets towards Israel.
IDF targets an Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades
weapons storage facility and an operations center in the northern
Gaza Strip. Early this morning, July 3 rd 2006, the IDF
carried out an aerial attack on a facility in Beit Hanun used by the
Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades terror organization to produce and store
weapons. The IDF also carried out an aerial attack against an
operations center of the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades in the city of
Gaza. The IDF will continue to act with determination and to employ
all means at its disposal against Palestinian terror infrastructure
in the Gaza Strip to allow the unconditional return of Cpl. Gilad
Shalit and to stop terror attacks and the launching of rockets
towards Israel.

limitations on the civilian Palestinian population that is not
involved in terror activity, the Civil Administration has authorized
3,000 additional merchants to enter Israel for work purposes. This
raises the total number of merchants authorized to work in Israel to
10,000, in addition to the 16,500 general workers authorized to work

Israeli soldier, Corporal Gilad Shalit, was injured in the Sunday raid

Hamas:
Islam will conquer US and Britain
By Itamar Marcus and Barbara Crook
Hamas Video: A Hamas video just released on their web site focuses on the
broader Palestinian Islamic ideology, promising the eventual conquering and
subjugation of Christian countries under Islam. The way Israel "ran" from Gaza
after terror is presented as the prototype for future Israeli and Western
behavior in the face of Islamic force. The video is a collection of statements
by Hamas terrorist leader, Yasser Ghalban, killed last week by Palestinians, in
the ongoing internal fighting. To view this video, anticipating Islam's
conquering of US and Britain, click here.

The following is the transcript of selections from the Hamas video: "We will
rule the nations, by Allah's will, the USA will be conquered, Israel will be
conquered, Rome and Britain will be conquered. The Jihad for Allah... is the
way of Truth and the way for Salvation and the way which will lead us to crush
the Jews and expel them from our country Palestine. Just as the Jews ran from
Gaza, the Americans will run from Iraq and Afghanistan and the Russians will run
from Chechnya, and the Indian will run from Kashmir, and our children will be
released from Guantanamo. The prisoners will be released by Allah's will, not by
peaceful means and not by agreements, but they will be released by the sword,
they will be released by the gun". The video identifies itself as from the "Al-Qassam
Brigades Media Office." "Al-Qassam Brigades" is the name the Hamas calls
its military wing. (www.palestine-info.net) June 22 2006:

COMMENTARY OF THE WEEK
Why has Israel launched
"Operation White Flag?"

By Dr. Aaron Lerner, World Jewish News Agency
International Senior Commentator and IMRA Director, Israel.
Unless COS Halutz, DM Peretz, PM Olmert and the rest of the team are
engaged in a perfectly choreographed operation to trick the Palestinians
into dropping their guard it would appear that instead the team is
preparing the Israeli public for a prisoner exchange with the Qassams
continuing to rain down until one manages to kill enough people that
action might be taken - or not.
No. Israel won't trade Palestinian prisoners in return for Gilad
Shalit. But what if a week or two after Shalit's return Israel should
decide - in a move to bolster Mahmoud Abbas' status - to release hundred
of prisoners with this having absolutely nothing to do with the return of
Shalit? (wink wink). That's the plan that Egyptian president Hosni
Mubarak has been trying to work out. And Israel is praising him for
his efforts. The catch appears to be that Hamas doesn't want to rely
on Mubarak's guaranty that Israel with fill their side of the bargain.
With COS Halutz saying that IDF operations alone can't free Shalit, DM
Peretz explaining that there is no "magic solution" to fighting terror and
the assessment carefully leaked from the meeting of the Olmert Government
that the whole mess could take months to resolve, Israel sends a clear
message to Hamas that it is, indeed, preparing the public to accept a
prisoner exchange - subject of course to it being carried out under a
face-saving label.
Yes, DM Peretz fired off yet another 3 ton warning - saying that Israel
considers all the Hamas leadership to be fair game. But with Israel
Air Force chief Maj.-Gen. Eliezer Shkedy proudly explaining that even a
terrorist about to fire a Qassam won't be stopped if he holds his son's
hand while he launches the rocket, the Hamas leadership hardly has a
reason to fear as long as they keep a child or two within arm's reach. How
did this happen? How did Israel lose its momentum? It isn't
just that PM Olmert and DM Peretz are no longer able to procreate. Part of
the problem is that Olmert, Peretz and many of the professionals involved
in handling the situation genuinely believe that retreat to the '67 border
would herald an era of peace and tranquility. The problem isn't the
Arabs but instead the Israeli public that must be taught, step-by-step,
that all alternatives to full retreat are futile.
Yes, Hamas says they won't accept such an Israeli retreat. Yes, the
National Conciliation Document makes it clear that both Fatah and Hamas
insist on destroying Israel via the exercise of the right of return.
But the retreat to the '67 border crowd is convinced that they know better
than the Arabs. Even if the retreat initially promises only a few
months of quiet, they argue, the Palestinians will be overwhelmed with joy
with their new situation during the lull and abandon their demands as they
channel all their energies into building the new Palestinian state. Or so
the argument goes. Given that the team is ambivalent about the importance
of an Israeli victory in this episode, they then readily embrace the
favorite excuse for a lack of intestinal fortitude: fear of sanctions. The
spinners in the Olmert team set up this situation by first making it known
that Israel can only act if Uncle Sam gives the nod, thus making it clear
to Washington that it should pressure the Jewish State not to act
decisively as the White House may find itself sharing the blame in Arab
eyes. It was then only a matter of time before the fear of UN sanctions
would be raised by those in the know to justify inaction. But does Israel
really risk sanctions any more than it did when it carried out Operation
Defensive Shield (which included a media circus over the Jenin
"massacre")? With elections coming up in November would the Bush
administration really not impose a veto at the UN if Israel took the kind
of decisive action that many Americans are frankly puzzled Israel isn't
carrying out already given the circumstances?
No. It simply isn't true that Israel needs to be able to show rows
of bodies shredded by a Qassam hit in order to "sell" decisive action to
the American public. And if the Olmert team honestly feels that that is
the case, then they are in the wrong profession.

Last Week Commentary
Olmert continues ignoring reality - but dramatic shift in public
opinion may clip his wings.
By Dr. Aaron Lerner
Prime Minister Ehud Olmert disturbingly simplistic mantra that nothing
will stop him from retreating may appeal to his household, but it hardly
serves as a replacement for a well reasoned and coherent policy. Mr.
Olmert's team's struggle to sell retreat to the world has become so
desperate that they have gone so far as to try to package the retreat as
implementation of the Road Map stripped of the Road Map's requirements of
Palestinian compliance.
That's right.
The same Olmert who keeps saying that he won't negotiate with the
Palestinians unless they first fulfill their security obligations is the
Olmert whose team says is now planning to retreat from most of the West
Bank and allow for the establishment of a sovereign Palestinian state in
the evacuated areas if the Palestinians don't fulfill their security
obligations. That's a sovereign Palestinian state with access to the
outside world via gateways not controlled by Israel. Either the Olmert
team has been so busy working on the retreat that they haven't had a
chance to keep up with the news or they simply don't care that the Rafah
Crossing has been a security failure in the absence of Israeli control.
That's a sovereign Palestinian state turning the most populous areas of
Israel into one big Sderot while Mr. Olmert is incapable or unwilling to
protect Sderot from the consequences of the Gaza retreat. That's a
sovereign Palestinian state that, as bizarre as this may sound, would
probably be praised by the world - including the White House - if it
"destroyed the terror infrastructure" by co-opting all the terrorists into
a Palestinian army (as proposed by "moderate" Mahmoud Abbas).
That's a sovereign Palestinian state that in all likelihood would end up
also in the vital Jordan Valley (the Olmert team now uses the same
phraseology to describe control of the Jordan Valley that the Sharon team
used to describe Israeli intentions to retain control of the Philadelphi
Corridor - before Israel retreated out from this strategic wedge
separating between Gaza and Egypt). Olmert insists that nothing can stop
his retreat, much as Ariel Sharon did in the year approaching the retreat
from Gaza.
But is this retreat truly unstoppable? There is a world of difference
between the two situations. The debate over retreat from Gaza relied on
speculation and conjecture. The disastrous consequences of the retreat
from the Gaza Strip has served to dramatically change public support for
Olmert's plan to retreat from the West Bank. Back on June 7th the
pollsters at Dialog found that 56% opposed Olmert's plan. A Shvakim
Panorama poll released tonight finds that opposition has now jumped to
some 70 percent. If the trend continues support for retreat may be limited
to Mr. Olmert's immediate family and other diehard radicals. Mr. Olmert
may want to ignore the polls, but he is surrounded by politicians more
interested in protecting and advancing their own careers than in being
loyal to their current leader, come-what-may.

Is it moral to die for human shields?
By Dr. Aaron Lerner
"I have always maintained that there has to be proportional use of force, and
governments have to be careful not to take action in areas where civilians are
remotely likely to be put in harm's way" UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan 13
June 2006. Kofi Annan may indeed think it is not nice for the Palestinians to
manufacture, store and launch rockets from within the Palestinian civilian
population, but he rewards such behavior by arguing that Israel must respect
the human shields - even if this means sacrificing Israeli civilian lives. The
Palestinians argue that they have the right to murder the residents of Sderot
as part of their "right to resist the occupation". But Yasser Arafat's
September 9, 1993 letter to Yitzhak Rabin committing on behalf of the
Palestinian People to "a peaceful resolution of the conflict. . . resolved
through negotiations" forfeited whatever "right" to violent "resistance" the
Palestinians could have conceivably had prior to Oslo. That's not to say that
Arafat's letter and the agreements that followed it stripped the Palestinians
of the ability to struggle for their interests. It just limited them to
pursuing them via non-violent means - both on the domestic and the
international front.
In an ideal world Israeli technology would zap the rockets out of the sky,
thus avoiding Annan's criticism. But there simply isn't such equipment
available tonight to protect the residents of Sderot from the next barrage. By
the same token, while Israel has made strides in its ability to identify and
target rocket teams as they deploy to launch, a considerable number of
launches are carried out before the teams can be taken out. As a result,
Israel finds itself constantly having to choose between exposing Israeli
civilians to the risk of being murdered by Palestinian rockets or taking
action against the rocket teams and the infrastructure supporting the teams
where Palestinian "civilians are remotely likely to be put in harm's way."
Right now Defense Minister Amir Peretz is opting to prefer the safety of
Palestinian human shields over that of his neighbors in Sderot. This may play
well among radical Left circles and the Kofi Annans of the world but it
remains nothing more than a grotesque perversion of morality.
Ironically, when one compares IDF operations in the West Bank, where crack
ground teams are constantly operating in urban areas with most "civilian"
casualties limited to people who actively decided to remain at the scene of an
operation, to the almost exclusively airborne operations Israel carries out in
the evacuated Gaza Strip, one could readily conclude that the best way to
reduce the loss of "innocent" Palestinian lives is for Israel to retake the
Gaza Strip.
Quote of the day: "I wish 10 months ago they had hit a strategic
facility - then we would not be in this mess".
Dr. Aaron
Lerner
"I wish 10 months ago they [AL: the Palestinians] had hit a
strategic facility in Ashkelon - then we would have taken action and
we would not be in this mess today." Former commander of Israel's
Southern Command, reserve Maj. Gen. Yom-Tov Samia, commenting on the
situation in the Gaza Strip today in a live interview broadcast on
Israel Radio this morning.
OPEN LETTER FROM Allen Roth,
President, One Jerusalem
Dear Friend of Jerusalem,
For a decade, Muslim religious authorities have participated in the
destruction and elimination of precious Jewish and Christian
artifacts on the site of Solomon's Temple, the Temple Mount in
Jerusalem.
Help us preserve the Temple Mount! The destruction continues to this
day. Thousands of tons of earth, containing archaeological evidence
dating back to the period of the Temple of Solomon, were discarded.
Among the 'rubble' were ancient seals from a Priestly family, inscribed
pottery fragments in Ancient Hebrew, Alter screens and broken columns
from a fourth century Byzantine Church. Since
the year 2000, the Muslim religious authority – the Waqf – has
blocked all archaeological oversight of the Temple Mount. Instead, the
Waqf is constructing Mosques on these sacred sites of Jews and
Christians. One Jerusalem recently met with renowned Israeli
archaeologists and discussed the extent of the damage. The facts are
astounding. We urge you to
sign the following Temple Mount Petition. The petition will be
presented to President George Bush and Prime Minister Ehud Olmert. One
Jerusalem Chairman Natan Sharansky has already gathered a great deal of
media attention, when he announced
the petition through major blog circuits. Please
sign this important petition (just 2-clicks!) and
encourage others to do so as well.

ABBAS' PLAN IS PRESCRIPTION FOR
TERROR NOT PEACE
By Morton A. Klein, President of

Accord Document, formulated by jailed Palestinian terrorists and

Peace Index
By Prof. Ephraim Yaar and Prof. Tamar Hermann
Prime Minister Olmert's visit to Washington is defined as a
success by a clear majority of the Jewish public. As for the basic
political position he presented regarding the immediate need for
permanent borders, it appears he also has considerable public
support at this time.

A Reply to Jimmy Carter.
By Rachel Neuwirth.
In recent years, former President Jimmy Carter has shown a growing
animosity toward Israel. Just this past January, at the Herzliya
Conference, President Carter must have astounded his audience when
he declared that “you can’t have a Palestinian state living in
peace and dignity if it is filled with Israeli settlements.”

EDITORIAL by Robert Novak: "WILL
BUSH HELP ISRAELI CHRISTIANS?"

Sun-Times of May 25, 2006 but you may find it in your local newspapers.
The title or I should say 'angle of attack' was "Will Bush Help Israeli
Christians?"

given Land. Fortunately, the well-known DEBKAfile has picked up the issue.
(Please see DEBKAfile's June 12th edition wherein it states): Sderot and
its Negev neighbors are in danger of de-population.
